Meet the Doctors
Meridith Musgrove, O.D
Dr. Meridith Musgrove has practiced at OD and OD/MD practices in the DFW metroplex for 20 years. Her areas of expertise include eye exams for the entire family, management of ocular disease and pre- and postoperative care and exams. Her passion is helping those with dry eye and ocular surface disease. She prides herself in leading with kindness and compassion and tries to bring joy to patient interactions.
Honors and activities have included invitations to be a key opinion leader at dry eye symposia, being on the board of directors for Computers for the Blind, Wish Grantor for Make-A-Wish foundation, and Joy Volunteer at the Birthday Party Project.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the world to learn about different cultures and spend time in nature with her husband.
Cary S. Labbe, O.D.
Cary S. Labbe, O.D., is a board-certified therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist. She has over 40 years of experience in cataract evaluations, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma management, and dry eye treatment.
Dr. Labbe earned her Doctor of Optometry degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1977. She spent several years as an Associate Professor before running a successful private practice in Mineral Wells, Texas, for four decades.
Dr. Labbe is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association. She has also been recognized for her academic achievements as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa and Gold Key International Optometric Honor Societies.
Lauren Kaspar, O.D.
Dr. Lauren Kaspar, a Texas Panhandle native, earned her bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University before completing her Doctor of Optometry at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, in 2020.
Since graduation, she has provided eye care to thousands of patients as a primary care optometrist, offering comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings. As a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, she also manages a wide range of ocular diseases and medical eye conditions. Dr. Kaspar strives to help patients understand their individual ocular health and feel informed about their treatment options.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kaspar enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and daughter. During the summer, she loves any opportunity to be out on the water.
